5. Download, complete and mail the Media Permission Form

- Convention registration deadline is May 31.
Registration Fees!
Parents: $100 each
Accompanying adults: $75 each
Children (ages 12-18): $68 each
Children (ages 2-11): $58 each
Children under age 2: No charge (also, no food is provided)
