Registration fees cover the meetings, several meal functions, activities for the children, workshops, entertainment, supplies, a souvenir booklet with photos and information from all families attending, and more. Hotel room fees are not included in your registration fee. When registration is complete please fill in the forms for the Family Booklet, T-shirt orders, media permissions, and workshops,

To register for this year's convention please complete the following steps:
1. Register your entire family by filling out the registration form above.
2. Fill out the Family Memory Book Form Family Memory Book form
3. Download, Complete, & Mail the Media Permission Form Media Permission Form
4. Download, Complete, & Mail the Workshop Registration Form Workshop Registration form
5. Make your Hotel Reservation. Don't delay! Make Hotel reservations TODAY! click here; enter "NTC" as the group code.
6. Order your convention t-shirt here!
7. Check out our Auction information.

Parents: $100 each
Accompanying adults: $75 each
Children (ages 12-18): $68 each
Children (ages 2-11): $58 each
Children under age 2: No charge (also, no food is provided)
- This should be a large convention and we strongly recommend that you register early. Registration deadline is May 31, 2013. $50 late fee applies after May 31. Late registration accepted until June 15.
